Live Wall press release waits until march

The eagerly-anticipated new achival release from Pink Floyd, "Is There Anybody Out There? The Wall Live Pink Floyd 1980-1981" is almost finished. The album, initially scheduled for release December 1 of last year, was delayed until this spring.

The album is now scheduled for release in mid-March this year. The album is expected to receive heavy press coverage. Spot ads will run on major radio stations, and television spots will be sent to MTV and VH1 television. Fans can also look forward to more new interviews and articles.

Articles and interviews about "Is There Anybody Out There?" are already appearing. The December issue of Mojo Magazine featured Pink Floyd as the cover story. The issue's articles discussed everything from the forthcoming live album of The Wall to the awkward reunion between Richard Wright and Roger Waters after Waters' August 1999 performance in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Is There Anybody Out There?" is currently scheduled to include all the elements of the 1980-1981 Pink Floyd performance of The Wall, including the pre-show announcements (which were actually a scripted part of the show) and the additional pieces of music that were performed live but never released until now.
