Waters recording new album
It has been confirmed that Roger Waters is currently on location in
the Bahamas recording his forthcoming album. The album is expected to
be centered around a theme of responsibility, and will include the
song "Each Small Candle" which Waters introduced in Kansas City,
Missouri last August.
Texas blues-funk guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, who accompanied Waters
during his 1999 U.S. tour, has joined Waters in the studio to provide
the guitars for the next album. Bramhall has recently done several
radio interviews, and appeared on the television music program "Austin
City Limits" last week to promote his own album, "Jellycream."
Bramhall is also expected to join Waters during his 2000 tour
beginning in June this year.
